JETQUICK General DNA Clean Up Kit:
The principle of the procedure is to adjust the assay (e.g. crude plasmid preps, restriction, ligation and other enzymatic assays, etc.) to defined salt conditions and to apply the so-treated assay directly onto
the JETQUICK micro spin column. The DNA is selectively bound to
the highly specified silica membrane during centrifugation. After
centrifugation, one wash is sufficient to remove nucleotides,
enzymes, salts, dyes, residual RNA´s and other impurities. The
purified DNA is eluted in TE-buffer or water. The procedure is
carried out in 5 min.The purified DNA is ready-to-use. |
