JETQUICK General DNA Clean Up Kit: The principle of the procedure is to adjust the assay (e.g. crude plasmid preps, restriction, ligation and other enzymatic assays, etc.) to defined salt conditions and to apply the so-treated assay directly onto the JETQUICK micro spin column. The DNA is selectively bound to the highly specified silica membrane during centrifugation. After centrifugation, one wash is sufficient to remove nucleotides, enzymes, salts, dyes, residual RNAīs and other impurities. The purified DNA is eluted in TE-buffer or water. The procedure is carried out in 5 min.The purified DNA is ready-to-use.

JETWELL96 General DNA Clean Up Kit: Double-stranded DNA fragments from a multitude of origins can be purified simultaneously using the JETWELL96 system. The DNA solutions are mixed with a buffer containing high amounts of salt and then directly applied into the wells of the JETWELL plate.The DNA is selectively bound to the JETWELL membrane, but the majority of impurities flow through. One wash is sufficient to remove residual impurities (salts, dNTPīs, residual RNAīs, enzymes etc.). The purified DNA is eluted in TE buffer or water. All steps of the procedure are carried out by centrifugation. The procedure is completed in 20-25 min. The DNA is ready-to-use.
