The 448 bp DNA fragment of Bluescript II KS (PvuII digest) was 3´-labeled with 32P-dATP using Terminal Transferase. The removal of unicorporated nucleotides was carried out with ethanol precipitation according to Sambrook et al. 1989 (first lane), standard Sephadex column (second lane), spin column (third lane) and JETNICK (fourth lane), demonstrated by a 15% PAGE. The last lane shows the initial labeling assay.
