From left to right: Lane 1 shows plasmid DNA and degradated cellular RNA directly precipitated from the cleared lysate with isopropanol. Lane 2 shows an aliquot of the DNA/RNA mix after being processed over a JETQUICK micro spin column. The RNA is totally removed during the purification procedure.
