The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) has rapidly established itself as one
of the most widely used techniques in molecular biology. It is commonly used
in processes such as sequencing, cloning, probe preparation, clone screening,
mapping etc. In many cases a post-purification of the DNA fragment to get
rid of primers, nucleotides, polymerases and salts is required.

JETPURE PCR Product Purification Kit:
The dsDNA (PCR product) is extracted from the PCR assay in a convenient
batch procedure. The binding matrix is a surface-modified silica
resin. The DNA is eluted from the resin in TE or equivalent low-salt
buffer or simply water. This product also fully removes dye-labeled oligos and nucleotides (e.g. with Cy3- or Cy5-label) from sequencing and/or labeling mixes. |

JETQUICK PCR Product Purification Spin Kit:
The dsDNA (PCR product) is extracted from the PCR assay using
micro spin cups. The binding matrix is a surface modified silica
membrane. The DNA is eluted from the membrane in TE or equivalent
low-salt buffer or simply water. |

JETWELL96 PCR Product Purification Kit:
Double-stranded DNA fragments from up to 96 PCR assays can be
purified simultaneously using the JETWELL96 system. The PCR assays
are mixed with a chaotropic reagent and are directly applied into
the wells of the JETWELL plate. The dsDNA is selectively bound
to the JETWELL membrane and the majority of impurities will flow
through. One wash is usually sufficient to remove residual impurities
(primers, salts, dNTPīs and polymerases). The purified DNA is
eluted in TE or equivalent low-salt buffer or simply water. The
procedure is completed in 20-25 min. The DNA is ready-to-use.
All steps of the procedure are carried out by centrifugation.
