The Invitrogen 1kb ladder was run on a 1% TAE agarose gel. Single bands of this length standard were extracted with JETSORB and run again on a 1% TAE agarose gel.   EcoRI digested pBluescript II KS (2961bp) was extracted from a 1% TAE agarose gel with JETSORB and digested with BglI, DdeI, DraI, PvuI and RsaI (left to right). Lane 2 is the undigested plasmid DNA.
