JETSORB Gel Extraction Kit:
It is the first kit that GENOMED has developed, and it is well
known among our customers. The dsDNA is extracted from agarose
gels in a convenient batch procedure. The binding matrix is a
surface-modified silica resin. The DNA is eluted from the resin
in TE or equivalent low-salt buffer or simply water. |

JETQUICK Gel Extraction Spin Kit:
The dsDNA is extracted from agarose gels using micro spin cups.
The binding matrix is a surface-modified silica membrane. The
DNA is eluted from the membrane in TE or equivalent low-salt buffer
or simply water. |
