Gel analysis of DNA from 12 identical tissue samples purified with the JETFLEX Genomic DNA Purification Kit (prepared in parallel). 2µg DNA per lane were loaded onto a 0.8 % TAE agarose gel. Lambda-DNA (digested with HindIII and EcoRI) was used as DNA size marker in lanes 1 and 14 (from the left). The size of the prepared genomic DNA is > 50 kb, typically 100-200 kb.
